PROGRAM
School is where children learn the foundation of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, behavioral management, and building their creativity and academics. We teach children to build a healthy school routine and give them opportunities to develop through play and activities which include Arts & Crafts, Music, Science, Cooking, Physical Education, and Phonics & Math. The Kindergarten Program expands the horizons for young children as they are getting ready to enter the first Grade. They learn to express themselves, find solutions to problems, and build confidence through social, emotional, and academic skills. As their cognitive thinking becomes more complex, the teachers and children work together to give the best education for each individual.
The Kindergarten Program teachers will not be limited to but will focus their teaching technique through:
Play-based learning
Thematic learning
Inquiry based learning
Project-based learning
Keeping in mind educational methods and curriculum:
Reggio Emilia
Montessori
American core curriculum
Potty training should never be forced if the child is not ready, there is a process that can encourage the starting of this process. Please inform the school and teachers for assistance.
